摘  要:介绍一种液压系统油液中金属磨粒的种类和尺寸信息的传感器检测方法,该方法能够反映出机械设备的磨损程度,从而对设备进行故障预警和针对性维护,延长其使用寿命。首先基于毕奥-萨法尔定律建立传感器数学模型,得出金属磨粒通过时产生的电感变化率的计算式;接着利用Maxwell软件仿真模拟传感器磁场分布、静态磁场分布,以及金属磨粒通过时产生的瞬态磁场变化;设计相应的检测系统,通过采集数据和信号处理,分析金属磨粒的频率变化率,最后将试验结果与仿真分析结果进行对比,验证该方法的实用性和准确性。试验结果表明,该检测方法具有结构简单,响应快,可准确区分金属性质等优点。A sensor detection method for the type and size of metal abrasives in hydraulic system oil is introduced. This method can reflect the wear degree of mechanical equipment, so as to provide early fault warning and targeted maintenance of equipment to prolong its service life. Firstly, a mathematical model of the sensor is established based on BiotSavart Law, and the calculation formula of the inductance change rate generated when metal abrasives pass through is obtained. Then, Maxwell software is used to simulate the sensor magnetic field distribution, static magnetic field distribution and transient magnetic field change caused by metal abrasives passing through. The corresponding detection system is designed to analyze the frequency change rate of metal abrasives through data acquisition and signal processing. Finally, the test results are compared with simulation analysis results to verify the practicability and accuracy of the method. The test results show that the detection method has the advantages of simple structure, quick response and accurate discrimination of metal properties.
