摘 要:挖掘装载机使用回转支承可实现挖掘端更大的回转角,但回转支承会承受较大的偏载,对挖掘机装载机的整机性能和安全造成较大影响。基于挖掘装载机挖掘端的运动分析,选择4种典型工况,借助点位软件EXCADN求解各工况下的理论挖掘力云图,并进一步对回转支承进行受力分析及计算。计算结果表明在最大理论挖掘力工况,挖掘装载机回转支承所受倾覆力矩最大,所得结论可为挖掘装载机回转支承的选型提供理论依据。The use of slewing bearing in backhoe loader can achieve a larger slewing angle at the excavation end, but the slewing bearing will bear a large partial load, which will have a great impact on the overall performance and safety of backhoe loader. Based on movement analysis of excavation end of backhoe loader, four typical working conditions are selected, and the theoretical excavation force nephogram under each working condition is solved with the support of point position software EXCADN. Force analysis and calculation of slewing bearing are performed. The calculation results show that, under the condition of maximum theoretical excavation force, the overturning moment of slewing bearing of backhoe loader is the largest. The conclusion can provide theoretical basis for the selection of slewing bearing of backhoe loader.
