摘  要:根据机械设计及其相关原理对行星齿轮减速器进行结构设计,利用SolidWorks建立行星齿轮减速器三维模型。传动装置是行星齿轮减速器最重要的部件,利用ANSYS对其进行有限元分析,对传动装置进行模态分析,计算其固有频率,与减速器自身频率比较,避免产生共振。对输出轴和传动装置进行静力学分析,得到应力、变形云图,判断其强度是否满足要求,从而保证其工作能力。According to the mechanical design and related principles,the structure of planetary gear reducer was designed,and used SolidWorks to build the 3D model of planetary gear reducer.The transmission device is the most important part of the planetary gear reducer,the finite element analysis was carried out with ANSYS,the modal analysis was carried out for the transmission device,the natural frequency was calculated,and resonance was avoided by comparing with the frequency of the reducer.The static analysis of the output shaft and the transmission device was used to obtain the stress and deformation cloud diagram,and determine whether the strength meets the strength requirements,so as to ensure its working capacity.
