摘 要:针对薄煤层开采的中小型工作面设计研发了一种双伸缩导杆式轻型液压支架,阐述了液压支架结构及运动方式;通过对液压支架稳定性相关参数的计算可知,双伸缩导杆机构的单边间隙的大小对液压支架稳定性影响甚大,给出了在制造时控制双伸缩导杆机构单边间隙的措施。然后使用ANSYS Workbench对液压支架进行了疲劳寿命分析,结果表明,该双伸缩导杆式轻型液压支架满足耐久试验要求。Designed and developed a double telescopic guide rod type light hydraulic support for the small and medium coal mining face of thin coal seam,expounded the structure and movement mode of the hydraulic support;through calculation of the stability parameters of the hydraulic support,the size of the unilateral gap of the double telescopic guide rod mechanism has a great influence on the stability of the hydraulic support,and measures for controlling the unilateral gap of the double telescopic guide rod mechanism during manufacturing were given.Then used ANSYS Workbench to analyze the fatigue life of the hydraulic support.The results show that this double telescopic guide rod type light hydraulic support meets the durability test requirements.
