摘  要:以外啮合齿轮传动系统为研究对象,考虑多自由度、多间隙、变参数等多种非线性特性影响因素,建立齿轮系统的六自由度弯-扭耦合的齿轮系统非线性振动模型,采用4-5阶变步长自适应Runge-Kutta法对动力学微分方程进行求解,研究其非线性振动特性。分析结果表明,外啮合齿轮传动系统中齿轮振动位移和角位移均较小,齿轮扭振角位移与角速度曲线具有规律性,处于稳态响应的近混沌状态。为齿轮传动系统非线性振动特性研究和振动噪声改善提供理论依据。The external gear transmission system has been regarded as the research object,considering the more freedom,more clearance,variable parameter,variable parameter and other nonlinear characteristics influence factors,a six-degree-freedom bending-torsion coupling gear system nonlinear vibration model has been established.The 4-5 order variable step length adaptive Runge-Kutta method has been used to solve the dynamic differential equation and study its nonlinear vibration characteristics.The analysis results show that the gear vibration displacement and angular displacement in the external gear transmission system are small,and the torsional vibration angular displacement and angular velocity curves of the gear are regular,and they are in a near-chaotic state of steady-state response.Provides theoretical basis for linear vibration characteristics and vibration and noise improvement of the nonuniform gear transmission system.
