摘  要:在钻杆接头旋风铣削加工过程中,合理的参数组合有利于提高刀具寿命、减少加工时间、降低生产成本等。基于灰色关联法,以加工精度、加工时间以及表面粗糙度为目标,提出多目标耦合工艺参数优化设计方法,进行优化,得到最优参数组合。采用优化前后的工艺参数进行了对比试验。结果表明,优化后降低了表面粗糙度,提高了加工精度,加工时间保持不变。In the process of cyclone milling of drill pipe joint,a reasonable combination of parameters is conducive to improving tool life,reducing processing time and reducing production costs.Based on the gray correlation method,a multi-objective coupled process parameter optimization design method was proposed based on the target of machining accuracy,machining time and surface roughness,and optimizes to obtain the optimal parameter combination.A comparison test was carried out using process parameters before and after optimization.The results show that after optimization,the surface roughness is reduced,the processing accuracy is improved,and the processing time is maintained.
