摘　　要：目前所使用的缸壁带深孔的薄煤层立柱,其外缸筒外壁上腔附近的控制阀座和外缸筒为一体结构。此种结构的立柱外缸筒加工工艺流程异常繁琐,其加工工序流程和加工时间长、生产效率低、生产成本和质量缺陷率高,严重制约着企业的生产速度和产品质量。缸体带深孔的立柱外缸筒结构解决了目前传统的控制阀座和外缸筒为一体结构时其加工工序流程和加工时间长、生产效率低、生产成本和质量缺陷率高等问题。At present,the thin coal seam column with deep hole in the cylinder wall currently was used,the control valve seat and the outer cylinder barrel are one structure near the cavity on the outer cylinder barrel wall.This kind of structure of the cylinder outside the column processing process is extremely complicated,and its processing process flow and processing time is long,the production efficiency is low,and the production cost and quality defect rate is high,which seriously restricts the production speed and product quality of the enterprise.The structure of column cylinder with deep hole in the cylinder body mentioned solves the problems of the traditional structure of control valve seat and outer cylinder body,such as long processing process and processing time,low production efficiency,high production cost and quality defect rate.
