摘 要:针对当前煤矿掘进机在进行临时支护作业时其他动作也能被运行、存在误动作的问题,研制了一种采用液压方式切换掘进机支护和生产模式的装置。通过切换液压系统的先导油源,使掘进机在支护模式下主机其他动作无法运行,在生产模式下支护动作无法运行。该液压切换装置不涉及电气防爆问题,具有低成本、体积小、易安装的特点,防止误操作,提高了掘进生产的安全性。In view of the problem that other autions of roadheader can also be operate when temporary support operation is carried out in coal mine,there is a problem of misoperation,a device for switching the support and production mode of the roadheader by hydraulic mode was designed and developed.By switching the pilot oil of the hydraulic system,other actions of the main engine of the roadheader can′t run in the support mode,and the supporting action can′t run in the production mode.The hydraulic switch device doesn′t involve the electrical explosion-proof problem.It has the characteristics of low cost,small volume and easy installation.It can prevent misoperation and improve the safety of the tunneling production.
