摘 要:以排土机排料臂为研究对象,利用SolidWorks建立模型,在ANSYS Workbench软件中进行了有限元分析,发现现有排料臂虽满足机械性能要求,但应力分布不均匀。以受载最恶劣工况为约束条件,质量为目标函数,对排料臂架进行了拓扑优化。优化结果表明:同样的载荷工况下,与优化前臂架相比,最大变形量几乎未变,最大应力值虽增加但在安全范围之内,且各区段应力分布均匀。优化之后排料臂质量较之前减少了4.1%。研究结果为排料臂结构合理性设计提供了理论指导。Taking the discharging arm of the spreader as the research object, using SolidWorks to establish the model, finite element analysis was conducted in the ANSYS Workbench software, and it was found that although the existing discharging arm meets the mechanical performance requirements, the stress distribution is uneven. The topological optimization of the discharging arm was carried out with the worst conditions under load as constraints and quality as the objective function. The optimization results show that under the same load conditions, the maximum deformation is almost unchanged compared with the arm before optimization. Although the maximum stress value increases, it is within the safe range, and the stress distribution of each section is even. After optimization, the quality of the discharging arm was reduced by 4.1% compared with before. The research result provides theoretical guidance for the rational design of the discharging arm structure.
