摘　　要：根据柔模混凝土沿空留巷工艺及巷旁支护实际情况确定了巷旁支护装备的结构形式为窄型分体式,研发了ZCZ2×4600/20/35D型窄型分体式巷旁支护装备,并给出了主要技术参数。分析了支护装备的整体结构、顶梁及底座、窄型四连杆机构、封闭式挡矸机构、倾斜式推拉千斤顶的创新设计,并介绍了支护装备的控制系统。实际应用表明,该巷旁支护装备设计合理,现场支护效果良好,实现了沿空留巷巷旁自动化便捷支护。According to the gob side entry retaining technology of flexible mold concrete and the actual situation of roadway side support,the structure type of roadway side support equipment was determined as narrow split type,and ZCZ2×4600/20/35D narrow type split type roadway side support equipment was developed,and the main technical parameters were given.The innovative designs of the overall structure of the support equipment,top beam and base,narrow four-bar linkage mechanism,closed gangue retaining mechanism and inclined push-pull jack were analyzed,and the control system of the support equipment was introduced.The practical application shows that the design of this roadway side support equipment is reasonable,the field support effect is good,and the automatic and convenient support of gob side entry retaining is realized.
