摘 要:以金属有机骨架材料(MOF–808)为填料,将其加入到均苯四甲酸二酐-4,4’-二氨基二苯醚(PMDA–ODA)型聚酰亚胺(PI)前驱体中,通过静电纺丝法制备出不同MOF–808添加量的PI混合基质膜。采用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和拉伸试验机、热重分析仪对MOF–808晶体结构和PI/MOF–808混合基质膜的形貌、力学性能、孔隙率、吸液率及热稳定性进行表征。结果表明,在PI中添加MOF–808,PI/MOF–808混合基质膜有序度和交联程度增大,拉伸强度和热稳定性随晶体添加量的增加而增大,MOF–808质量分数为0.5%的混合基质膜的拉伸强度是纯PI纤维膜的1.5倍;孔隙率和吸液率随着MOF–808添加量的增加而降低,MOF–808质量分数为0.7%的混合基质膜的孔隙率和吸液率是常用聚烯烃隔膜的1.6倍和7.4倍。Adding metal organic framework material(MOF–808)into precursor of pyromellitic dianhydride and 4,4’-oxydianiline(PMDA–ODA)polyimide(PI)precursor,PI mixed matrix membrane with different amount of MOF–808 were prepared by electrospinning.The morphology,mechanical properties,porosity and liquid absorption and thermal stability of PI/MOF–808 mixed matrix membrane were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),X ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),tensile testing machine and thermogravimetric analyzer.The results show that the ordering degree and crosslinking degree of PI/MOF–808 mixed matrix membrane increase after MOF–808 is added into PI.The tensile strength and thermal stability of PI/MOF–808 mixed matrix membrane increase with the increase of crystal addition.When the addition amount of MOF–808 is 0.5%,the tensile strength of mixed matrix membrane is 1.5 times that of pure PI fiber membrane.Porosity and liquid absorption decrease with the increase of MOF–808 crystal addition.When the addition amount of MOF–808 is 0.7%,the porosity of PI is 1.6 times that of polyolefin diaphragm,and the liquid absorption rate is 7.4 times that of polyolefin diaphragm.
