摘 要:采用浇注工艺制备了短切导电纤维填充乙烯基酯树脂复合材料。研究了短切导电纤维含量的变化对复合材料电磁特性和吸波性能的影响,并对这种影响进行了理论分析;研究了复合材料厚度对吸波性能的影响。结果表明,在8~18 GHz频段内,随着短切导电纤维含量的增加,介电常数实部和虚部数值增大;在26.5~40 GHz频段内,短切导电纤维质量分数大于1%时,复合材料的介电常数实部和虚部随着频率的升高均呈下降趋势,表现出一定的频散特性。在8~18 GHz,26.5~40 GHz频段内,当短切导电纤维质量分数不大于5%时,复合材料的吸波性能随短切导电纤维含量的增加而增强,短切导电纤维质量分数为7%时,吸波性能反而降低;当短切导电纤维质量分数为5%时,在整个测试频段内,复合材料反射率小于–10 dB的有效带宽达到16.5 GHz,在10.3 GHz和29.8 GHz,复合材料各有一吸收峰,峰值均为–15 dB。随着复合材料厚度的增加,谐振峰向低频移动。Composite materials with short conductive fiber were prepared using pouring technology.The effect of short conductive fiber content on electromagnetic characterization and radar absorbing properties of the composite materials were studied,and this effect was carried on the theory analysis.The influences of thickness of composite materials on radar absorbing properties were investigated.The results indicate that:In the frequency range from 8 GHz to 18 GHz,with the content of short conductive fiber increasing,real and imaginary permittivity increase.In the frequency range from 26.5 GHz to 40 GHz,when the content of short conductive fiber is greater than 1%,the real and imaginary permittivity of the composite decrease with the increasing of frequency and show certain dispersion characteristics.In the frequency range from 8 GHz to 18 GHz and 26.5 GHz to 40 GHz,when the content of short conductive fiber is not more than 5%,the performance of microwave absorption increases with the increasing of the content of short conductive fiber,the performance of microwave absorption instead decreases when the content of short conductive fiber is 7%.When the content of short conductive fiber is 5%,in the whole test band,the effective bandwidth of composite material is 16.5GHz with reflectance value not more than–10 dB.At 10.3 GHz and 29.8 GHz,composites have an absorption peak each,the peach value is–15 dB.The resonant peak moves towards low frequency with the increasing of the thickness of composites.
