摘 要:研制一种湿法缠绕环氧树脂体系,并对其与国产T700S碳纤维浸润性、界面性能进行了考察。经视频光学接触角测量仪、纤维/树脂界面剪切强度仪测试证明,该树脂体系能够很好浸润纤维,界面性能优良;通过黏–温关系、适用期的研究,证明其能满足湿法缠绕的要求。然后通过设计正交实验,对影响复合材料发动机壳体成型的工艺因素设置不同水平进行实验,比较结果确定:缠绕张力为30 N﹑补强封头方法为纤维织物补强﹑应力平衡系数为0.7、挤胶辊间隙为0.20 mm、缠绕纱片带宽为3 mm时制作的复合材料发动机壳体特性指数(PV/W值)最高(39 km),可为国产T700S碳纤维在复合材料发动机壳体上应用提供参考。A wet winding epoxy resin system was developed and its wettability and interfacial properties with domestic T700S carbon fiber were investigated.The test results of video optical contact angle measuring instrument and fiber/resin interface shear strength meter show that the resin system can well infiltrate the fiber,and the interface performance is excellent;through the study of viscosity temperature relationship and service life,it is proved that the resin system can meet the requirements of wet winding.Then,through the orthogonal experiment,different levels of technological factors affecting the forming of composite engine shell were tested.The results show that the winding tension is 30 N,the head reinforcement method is fiber fabric reinforcement,the stress balance coefficient is 0.7,the gap between the squeezer rollers is 0.20 mm,and the width of the winding yarn is 3 mm.The results show that the PV/W value of the composite engine case is the highest(39 km)at 3 mm,which can be served as references for the application of the domestic T700S carbon fiber in the field of composite motor vessels manufacture.
