摘  要:以聚丙烯(PP)为基体,利用熔融浸渍法制备长玻纤增强聚丙烯(PP/LGF)复合材料,研究不同牌号PP和加工工艺对PP/LGF复合材料有机挥发物(VOC)散发性的影响。结果表明,不同PP原材料因自身有机小分子挥发物含量不同会对最终PP/LGF复合材料的VOC散发性产生影响;选择合适的浸渍温度和浸渍时间可以在保证PP/LGF复合材料性能的同时,降低PP/LGF复合材料的VOC散发性;热处理工艺作为后处理工艺的一种,在去除PP/LGF复合材料多余水分的同时,选择合适的工艺参数可以有效降低PP/LGF复合材料的VOC散发性。Long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene(PP/LGF)composites were prepared by melting impregnation processes by using PP as matrix.The effects of PP/LGF composites’VOC emission were studied by different polypropylene and processing technology.The results indicate that the VOC emission of PP/LGF composites is affected by different PP raw materials due to their own small molecular organic volatile contents;choosing the appropriate impregnation temperature and impregnation time can ensure the performance of PP/LGF composite and reduce the VOC emission contents;heating thattreatment process,as one of the posttreatment processes,can effectively reduce the VOC emission contents of PP/LGF composite while removing the excess moisture.
