摘  要:针对汽车接插件中金属线路端子在注塑生产中由于高速高压熔体冲击导致的变形量大的问题,采用一种包塑成型重叠注塑工艺方法,即对塑件采用二次成型的方法。首先,设计一个包塑成型过渡件,起到固定和缓冲作用,再将包塑成型过渡件放入二次成型模具中注射成型出最终制品,有效地解决了金属线路端子变形量大的难题。以某汽车接插件为例,对模具的浇注系统及抽芯机构、金属线路端子的定位机构及切断机构进行了详细分析。实际试模生产证明,设计的模具结构合理,工作稳定,对同类注塑模具设计具有一定的参考价值。In order to solve the problem of large deformation caused by high speed and high voltage melt impact of metal line terminals in automobile connectors in injection molding production,an overlapping injection molding technology of plastic package was adopted.That is to use the method of secondary molding on the plastic parts,first design a plastic overmolded transition part,play a fixed and buffering role,then put the plastic overmolded transition parts into the secondary forming mold injection molding to produce the final product,effectively solve the problem of large deformation of metal line terminals.Taking an automobile connector as an example,the feed system,core-pulling mechanism,positioning mechanism and cutting mechanism of metal line terminals are analyzed in detail.It is proved by practice that the design is reasonable in structure and stable in work,which has certain reference value to the design of similar injection mold.
