摘  要:目的对比研究飞行员在5000、7000 m和7500 m高度上的急性缺氧耐力,为选择飞行员急性缺氧耐力选拔和缺氧训练方案提供生理依据。方法收集2016年9月—2019年6月在空军特色医学中心进行缺氧耐力检查和训练的446名男性现役战斗机飞行员检查结果,统计飞行员在5000、7000 m和7500 m高度上缺氧耐受时间,并分析其心率、血氧饱和度、呼吸频率和血压等生理指标变化情况。结果随着暴露高度从5000 m升至7000、7500 m,飞行员急性缺氧耐受时间依次缩短,平均耐受时间分别为1787.0、323.1 s和240.6 s,飞行员心率依次增加,血氧饱和度依次下降,差异有统计学意义。结论通过对比研究飞行员在5000、7000 m和7500 m高度上的缺氧耐受时间和生理参数,得出其缺氧耐力随高度变化的规律,建议针对不同急性缺氧耐力检查目的,选择不同高度的检查方法。Objective To compare acute hypoxia tolerance of pilots at 5000 m,7000 m and 7500 m,and to provide physiological evidence for the selection and training of pilots.Methods The results of acute hypoxia tolerance examination of 446 male pilots conducted between September 2016 and June 2019 were collected.Durations of hypoxia tolerance,heart rate,blood oxygen saturation,respiratory rate and blood pressure were analyzed.Results Durations of hypoxia tolerance among these pilots at 5000 m,7000 m and 7500 m were 1787.0 s,323.1 s and 240.6 s respectively.The difference was statistically significant.The heart rate of pilots was significantly increased while blood oxygen saturation was significantly decreased with the increase of height.Conclusion The examination method of acute hypoxia tolerance of pilots should be selected according to the objective of the examination.
