摘  要:目的探讨一种由新型囊式抗荷装备及HP抗荷动作组成的综合抗荷措施防护效果。方法在载人离心机上首先测定5名受试者不使用抗荷装备、不做抗荷动作的基础+Gz耐力,然后使用新型囊式抗荷装备并做HP抗荷动作进行6 G/s增长率9 G持续15 s的加速度暴露。暴露结束后对+Gz暴露时的疲劳、体表压痛及抗荷装备的主观感觉进行评分。结果新型囊式抗荷装备的充气速度和压力均满足设计要求。抗荷装备的+Gz防护水平及总体舒适性评分平均达到“良好”水平。面罩压及抗荷服压力的评分在“适中”水平。呼吸用力评分达到了“轻度困难”。受试者的基础耐力为(3.69±0.47)G。有3名受试者抗荷耐力达到9 G 15 s,1人达到9 G 10 s,1人达到9 G 5 s。体力感知度分级评分为(4.2±1.1)分。9 G 15 s暴露时受试者做HP抗荷动作的呼吸频率为(44±6)次/min,颈、腰、臂、腹4个部位的压痛评分平均值在轻度压痛以下水平。结论新型囊式抗荷装备具有较好的防护性和舒适性。要注重通过选拔和训练提高飞行员的抗荷耐力,避免人的因素影响综合抗荷措施的防护效果。Objective To investigate the+Gz protection provided by a new integrated anti-G measures.Methods The relaxed+Gz tolerance of five subjects were tested on the human centrifuge.Then they ride a 9 G 15 s run with a onset rate of 6 G/s with the new bladder anti-G system and performing the HP anti-G straining maneuver.Ratings of perceived exertion,pressing pain induced by+Gz and subjective assessment of the anti-G system were collected after exopsure.Results The inf lating rate and pressure schedule meet design requirement.The ratings of subjecting feeling of+Gz protection level and overall comfort about anit-G equipment reached"Good"level.Mask pressure and anti-G suit pressure reached"Average"level.Respiratory effort was"Hard".The relaxed G tolerance was(3.69±0.47)G.Three of subjects completed 9 G 15 s run,one subject tolerated 9 G 10 s and the other one was 9 G 5 s.Ratings of perceived exertion was(4.2±1.1)score.The breathing rate was(44±6)times/min.The pressing pain ratings of neck,waist,arm and abdomen were under"slightly"level.Conclusion The new bladder anti-G system has good protection effect comfortability.It is important to improve the pilot+Gz tolerance by selecting and training,therefore,the protection effect of integrated anti-G measures would not be impaired by human factor.
