摘　　要：目的分析探讨改装体检飞行员肌酸激酶异常增高的原因,为保障飞行员科学施训、有效防止训练伤提供参考。方法收集44名直升机飞行员的改装体检结果,统计分析飞行员肌酸激酶(creatine kinase,CK)异常增高情况及CK与肌酸激酶同工酶(creatine kinase isoenzyme,CK-MB)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(lactate dehydrogenase,LDH)的关系。分析体质量指数(BMI)与CK、CK-MB、AST、LDH的关系。结果44名飞行员中CK增高的共37名,其中CK显著增高超过正常5倍的飞行员28名,CK增高的37名飞行员中伴CK-MB增高的22名,伴AST增高的15名,伴LDH增高的10名;CK增高的37名飞行员的CK值与CK-MB、AST、LDH均呈显著正相关(P<0.01);CK增高的37名飞行员BMI与CK、CK-MB、AST、LDH均呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论监测CK可预警飞行员体能训练出现严重并发症,应更关注BMI小的新飞行员。Objective To analyze the causes of abnormal increase of creatine kinase(CK)deteced during physical examination of pilots for modified aircraft so as to provide reference for proper physical training and effective prevention of training injuries for pilots.Methods The physical examination results of 44 pilots for modified helicopters were analyzed.The abnormal increase of creatine kinase in pilots and its relationships with creatine kinase isoenzyme(CKMB),aspertate aminotransferase(AST),and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)were statistically analyzed.The relationships between body mass index(BMI)and CK,CK-MB,AST,LDH were also analyzed.Results Among the 44 pilots,37 pilots had an increase in CK,28 of whom had CK five times the normal level.Among the 37 pilots,22 had an increase in CK-MB,15 had an increase in AST,and 10 had an increase in LDH.Among the 37 pilots,CK values had significantly positive correlations with CK-MB,AST and LDH(P<0.01).Among these pilots,BMI had signif icantly negative cor relations with CK,CK-MB,AST and LDH(P<0.05).Conclusion Monitoring CK can warn serious physical training complications of pilots.More attention should be paid to new pilots with a small BMI.
