基于Web of Science的抗抑郁药药物基因组学文献计量分析

摘　　要：目的了解国内外抗抑郁药药物基因组学研究现状和发展趋势,为相关研究提供信息支持。方法以ISI Web of Knowledge的Web of Science数据库为检索对象,检索其建库以来收录的抗抑郁药药物基因组学文献,并对载文特征、来源国家、机构、期刊等信息进行统计分析。结果共检出3517篇文献,美国的文献数最多(31.02%),发表语言以英语为主(95.56%)。其次为德国、意大利等国家,德国篇均被引频次最高(54.93次)。产出力和影响力较高的作者多来自意大利、德国、比利时。确定了以American Journal of Medical Genetics为首的10种核心期刊。中国的文献数为297篇,篇均被引频次为22.45次。结论抗抑郁药药物基因组学的研究越来越引起人们的关注,美国、德国等发达国家研究实力较强,我国应继续加强科研投入加强国际间合作。Objective To understand the current status and development trends of research on antidepressant pharmacogenomics at home and abroad,and provide information support for related research.Methods Based on the Web of Science database of ISI Web of Knowledge,the literature of antidepressant pharmacogenomics collected since the establishment of the database was searched,and the characteristics of the articles,resource countries,resource institutions,resource journals and other information were analyzed.Results 3517 articles were obtained.The main language of publication is English(95.56%),USA has the largest number of documents(31.02%),followed by Germany,Italy and other countries,Germany has the highest cited frequency per paper(54.93 times).The authors with higher output and impact mostly came from Italy、Germany and Belgium.Ten core journals headed by AMERICAN JOURNAL OF MEDICAL GENETICS were identified.The number of Chinese documents is 297,of which have been cited 22.45 frequency per paper.Conclusion Research on antidepressant pharmacogenomics has increasingly attracted public concern.USA,Germany and other developed countries have strong research capabilities.The level of investment should be improved in China and international cooperation should be strengthened.
