摘 要:对比废弃混杂湖羊毛与绵羊毛的纤维形态、伸直度及力学性能;并利用针刺技术加工出纯废弃混杂湖羊毛针刺非织造布和废弃混杂湖羊毛/低熔点纤维针刺非织造布(低熔点纤维质量分数为20%),研究并分析两者的表观形态及各项性能。结果表明:单根废弃混杂湖羊毛纤维截面呈圆形或椭圆形,中空,伸直度较高,断裂强度较高,但断裂强力CV值更大,这限制了废弃混杂湖羊毛纤维在纺纱中的应用。与纯废弃混杂湖羊毛针刺非织造布相比,废弃混杂湖羊毛/低熔点纤维针刺非织造布经热轧后变得致密结实,面密度增加,厚度、孔径、透气性能、保暖性能均降低,低频吸声性能变差、高频吸声性能相差不大,拉伸断裂强力增加但断裂伸长率降低,两者均具有良好的耐磨性。该研究结果对实现废弃混杂湖羊毛资源的合理利用,开发湖羊毛新产品,具有重要意义。The fiber morphology,straightness and mechanical properties of waste mixed lake wool and sheep wool were compared.And pure waste mixed lake wool needled nonwovens and waste mixed lake wool/low melting point fiber needled nonwovens(mass fraction of low melting point fiber was 20%)were processed by needle-punching technique,and their apparent forms and various properties were studied and analyzed.The results showed that the cross section of single waste mixed lake wool fiber was round or elliptic,hollow,with higher degree of straightness and higher breaking strength,larger breaking strength CV value,which limited the application of waste mixed lake wool fibers in spinning.Compared with the pure waste mixed lake wool needled nonwovens,the waste mixed lake wool/low melting point fiber needled nonwovens became dense and solid after hot rolling,and the surface density increased,the thickness,the aperture,the air permeability and the heat preservation performance all reduced,the low frequency sound absorption performance deteriorated while the high frequency sound absorption performance was similar,the tensile breaking strength increased while the elongation at break decreased,and wear resistance were both good.The results were of great significance for realizing the rational utilization of waste mixed lake wool resources and developing new lake wool products.
