摘  要:动力性能好、稳定性高、价格低廉等优点使得铅酸蓄电池在变电站及各类UPS系统中作为备用电源获得广泛应用,因此其安全稳定运行关系着重要工业领域和社会场景的可靠运转。然而,目前的铅酸蓄电池组维护策略简单,智能化水平低下,既无法实现高精度维护又难以匹配日益增长的维护需求。在本文中,首先揭示了蓄电池个体差异与浮充电压分配不均之间的恶性循环是作为后备电源系统的串联铅酸蓄电池失效的主要原因,然后在此基础上研发了具备单体蓄电池状态监测控制及容量活化功能的在线管理维护系统,设计了基于压差、内阻等特性监测的均衡维护和脉冲维护相结合的时延维护策略。在某110 kV变电站备用直流充电系统及铅酸蓄电池组上进行了系统功能测试。结果表明,该系统能够根据单体蓄电池浮充压差、内阻等多维度运行数据判断蓄电池的健康状况,并且自动、正确地启动均衡维护与脉冲维护。维护过后,蓄电池运行状况得到显著改善,并且未产生显著发热等负面影响。The advantages of good power performance,high stability and low price make lead-acid battery widely used as back-up power in substation and various UPS systems.Therefore,its safe and stable operation is related to the reliable operation of important industrial fields and social scenes.However,the current maintenance strategy of lead-acid batteries is simple and less intelligent which can not achieve high-precision maintenance and match the growing maintenance demand.This paper first reveals that the vicious cycles between battery individual difference and uneven floating charge voltage distribution is the main reason for the failure of series lead-acid battery.Then,the on-line maintenance system with single battery condition monitoring control and capacity activation function is developed and balanced,and the pulse maintenance strategy based on characteristic monitoring of voltage difference and internal resistance is designed.Finally,the system function test is carried out on spare lead-acid batteries of a certain 110 kV substation.The results show that the system can judge the health status of the battery according to the multi-dimensional operation data such as floating charge voltage difference and internal resistance of single battery,and start balanced maintenance and pulse maintenance automatically and correctly;After maintenance,the operation condition of lead-acid batteries is improved significantly,and there is no significant negative effect such as fever.
