中药外用对妇科肿瘤放射治疗患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨秘制纯中药复合油剂外用对妇科肿瘤放射治疗患者放射性黏膜炎、皮炎的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月—2018年12月收治的宫颈癌Ⅱa-Ⅲb期患者220例,通过随机抽样法分为2组,各110例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用秘制纯中药复合油剂外涂,对比2组临床疗效、放射性黏膜炎、皮炎各分级严重程度。结果观察组临床有效率高于对照组,放射性黏膜炎、皮炎严重程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论秘制纯中药复合油剂外用可减少妇科肿瘤放疗患者放射性黏膜炎、皮炎的发生,减轻皮损严重程度以及患者痛楚,从而保证放疗的顺利进行,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of the preparation of a pure traditional Chinese medicine composite oil agent on the radiation mucositis and dermatitis in patients with gynecological tumor.Methods 220 cases of cervical cancerⅡa-Ⅲb were selected from January 2017 to December 2018 in the tumor radiotherapy department of our hospital.The random sampling method was used.They were divided into 2 groups,with 110 cases in each group.The normal nursing was given to the control group,and the observation group was treated with the pure traditional Chinese medicine composite oil on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effects,the radiation mucositis and the severity of the dermatitis was comapred.Results The clinical effective rate,the mucositis and the dermatitis of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The severity of the disease of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The external use of secret pure traditional Chinese medicine compound oil can reduce the occurrence of radiation mucoiditis,dermatitis,reduce the severity of skin lesions and pain in patients with gynecological tumor radiotherapy,so as to ensure the smooth progress of radiotherapy,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
