从内风论治特发性家族性脑血管亚铁钙沉着症1例

摘　　要：通过1例特发性家族性脑血管亚铁钙沉着症的治疗,介绍王东旭主任治疗本病的证治思路和理法方药。特发性家族性脑血管亚铁钙沉着症为罕见病种,病因不明,临床上尚未有较有效的治疗手段。本例患者为不明原因发病,舌象和脉象未能给诊治提供较多依据,且病程较长,病情较为复杂,诸症繁多,临床辨证及治疗都较为棘手,今介绍本例患者的辨治经验,以飨读者。Through the treatment of a case of idiopathic familial cerebral vascular calcification,the author introduces Wang Dongxu’s treatment ideas and prescriptions for the treatment of this disease.Idiopathic familial cerebral vascular calcific calcium is a rare disease,the cause is unknown,and there is no effective treatment in clinical practice.This patient has an unexplained onset,tongue and pulse can not provide more bases for diagnosis and treatment,and the course of disease is longer,the condition is more complicated,the many diseases,clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment are more difficult.This differentiation and treatment is introduced.
