中医护理联合循证护理对脑梗死患者肢体运动功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中医护理联合循证护理对脑梗死患者肢体运动功能的影响。方法将2018年1月—2018年12月收治的94例脑梗死患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组47例。对照组予常规护理干预,观察组予中医护理联合循证护理干预。应用肢体运动功能量表(Fugl-Meyer)平价肢体运动功能,应用QQL-C30评价生活质量。结果与对照组比较,观察组上肢肢体运动功能评分、下肢肢体运动功能评分较高(P<0.01),生活能力、认知能力、心理状况、躯体功能评分较高(P<0.01)。结论中医护理联合循证护理可以提高脑梗死患者肢体运动功能及生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of TCM nursing combined with evidence-based nursing on limb motor function in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 94 cases of cerebral infarction from January 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received TCM nursing combined with evidence-based nursing intervention.Fugl-Meyer was used to evaluate the motor function of limbs and QQL-C30 was used to evaluate the quality of life.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of upper limb motor function and lower limb motor function in the observation group were higher(P<0.01).The scores of life ability,cognitive ability,psychological status and physical function in the observation group were higher(P<0.01).Conclusion TCM nursing combined with evidence-based nursing can improve limb motor function and quality of life in patients with cerebral infarction.
