摘 要:通过对日本"观光立国"战略下教育旅行的做法及成效的剖析,发现该国以中小学生为主体的体验式城乡教育旅行,在增进城乡交流、提升地方经济活力、发展入境旅游及储备旅游业人才等方面成效显著。借鉴日本经验,基于我国国情,可提出五项推进我国研学旅行发展的建议:1)多元协同,开展区域一体化的研学旅行营销;2)多部门联动,为研学旅行提供全方位政策支持;3)储备人才,做好研学旅行中的旅行教育;4)创新研学旅行模式,促进乡村文旅融合;5)重视国际市场,推进入境研学旅行发展。This study took Japan as an example to explore the effect of education travel under its"Nation-building Upon Tourism Strategy"and found that the primary and secondary school students’experiential education travels have achieved remarkable results in promoting urban-rural exchanges,developing rural economy,expanding inbound tourism and cultivating tourism talents.Based on Japan’s experience and China’s national conditions,this paper put forward five suggestions to promote the development of China’s study travel:1.carrying out regional integration of study travel marketing;2.providing comprehensive policy support for study travel through the cooperation of government departments;3.realizing the tourism education through study travel;4.innovating study travel mode to promote the integration of rural culture and tourism;5.promoting the development of inbound study travel as well.
