摘  要:进汽腔室通过压力损失及出口流场特性影响汽轮机机组的经济性。采用数值仿真方法,对日立进口的某350 MW亚临界机型的低压进汽腔室气动性能进行分析。根据原始腔室流场特性,确定腔室入口结构优化方向,并从横向和子午向两个方向进行优化设计。通过对比腔室总压损失系数和流场特性,确定了低压进汽腔室气动优化方案。The pressure loss and characteristics of outlet flow field in inlet chamber affects the economy of turbine.Using numerical simulation method,the aerodynamic performance of the low pressure inlet chamber in a 350 MW subcritical unit imported from Hitachi was analyzed.According to the characteristics of the original chamber flow field,the optimization direction of the inlet chamber structure was determined,and the optimization was implemented from lateral and meridian directions.The final optimization scheme of low pressure inlet chamber was determined by comparing the total pressure loss coefficient and the flow field performance.
