摘  要:断裂韧性是核电汽轮机转子安全性评估的关键参数,Begley-Logsdon关系提出了利用夏比冲击吸收能量估算断裂韧性的经验公式,应用广泛。测试了核电汽轮机焊接转子材料25Cr2Ni2MoV和整锻转子材料30Cr2Ni4MoV的韧脆转变曲线、0.2%屈服强度、断裂韧性等性能,评估Begley-Logsdon关系的适用性。结果表明,用Begley-Logsdon关系进行25Cr2Ni2MoV和30Cr2Ni4MoV断裂韧性的估算,结果略偏保守。应用BegleyLogsdon关系进行核电汽轮机转子飞射物分析是安全可靠的。Fracture toughness is the key parameter for safety assessment of nuclear steam turbine rotor,while Charpy impact energy is used to estimate empirical formula of fracture toughness in Begley-Logsdon relationship.The ductile-brittle transition curve,0.2%yield strength and fracture toughness were tested for 25Cr2Ni2MoV welded rotor steel and 30Cr2Ni4MoV mock-block rotor steel of nuclear steam turbine to evaluate applicability of Begley-Logsdon relationship in two rotor materials.The assessments for 25Cr2Ni2MoV and 30Cr2Ni4MoV rotor steels indicated that the estimated values from Begley-Logsdon relationship were conservative.So,using Begley-Logsdon relationship,it is safe and reliable to analyze turbine missile for nuclear power plant.
