摘  要:火电厂快速甩负荷(Fast Cut Back,FCB)试验结果是考核电厂机组性能的一项重要指标。介绍上汽厂超超临界机组带厂用电和不带厂用电FCB试验的区别及汽轮机的不同控制模式,分析DEH侧FCB试验的控制逻辑,提出此类型机组试验前后需要注意的事项和操作流程。同时,针对实际试验中转速超过限定值等问题,以ABB SymphonyPlus控制系统为例,提出FCB控制逻辑和控制回路的优化方案。本结果可为后续电厂试验提供借鉴和参考。Fast cut back(FCB)experiment result is an important index to evaluate the performance of thermal power plant.The difference between FCB experiments with and without auxiliaries load and the different control modes of steam turbine in ultra-supercritical units designed by Shanghai Turbine Plant were presented,and the control logic of the DEH-side FCB experiment was analyzed.The issues which attention should be paid to and operation process before and after the experiment of this type of units were given.Meanwhile,regarding the problems of overspeed in the experiment,the optimization scheme of control logic and control circuit was proposed taking ABB Symphony_Plus control system as an examples.The research results can provide reference for the subsequent experiments in power plant.
