摘 要:目的:探究尖叶假龙胆对心肌缺血再灌注损伤(MIRI)大鼠心肌组织的保护作用。方法:选取30只SD大鼠,随机分为正常对照组、模型组以及尖叶假龙胆组,langendorff法建立MIRI大鼠模型,应用生化仪测定CK-MB的含量,采取Elisa法检测心肌组织CAT、MDA,IL-1β,TGF-β的含量,在电镜下观察心肌组织的超微结构。结果:尖叶假龙胆组能改善心肌组织病理学形态的心肌超微结构;尖叶假龙胆组可以使冠脉漏出液中的CK-MB含量明显降低;使心肌组织中MDA、IL-1β、TGF-β含量明显降低,CAT活性明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:尖叶假龙胆能够降低心肌酶,减轻心肌缺血再灌注损伤中的炎症反应及氧化反应的损伤程度,改善心肌组织的超微结构,减轻心肌缺血再灌注损伤程度。Objective:To investigate the protective effect of Gentianella acuta on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(MIRI)in rats.Methods:30 SD rats were randomly divided into the normal control group,the model group and Gentianella acuta group.The MIRI rat model was established by Langendorff method.The content of CK-MB was measured with biochemical instrument,the contents of CAT,MDA,IL-1βand TGF-βin myocardial tissue were detected by Elisa method,and the ultrastructure of myocardial tissue was observed under electron microscope.Results:The myocardial ultrastructure of myocardial histopathology was improved in Gentianella acuta group.The contents of CK-MB,MDA,IL-1βand TGF-βwere significantly decreased,and CAT activity was significantly increased in Gentianella acuta group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gentianella acuta can reduce myocardial enzymes,reduce the degree of inflammation and oxidation of MIRI,improve the ultrastructure of myocardial tissue,and reduce the degree of MIRI.
