摘　　要：酒精性肝损伤(alcoholic liver disease,ALD)是指过量饮酒导致的肝脏疾病,随着人们生活水平的提高,过量饮酒成为当今世界范围内一个重要的公共卫生问题,严重影响人类的健康。大量研究证实中药单体及复方在治疗在ALD方面具有明显的优势。本文论述了中药单体及复方治疗ALD的作用机制及研究进展,期望能进一步对ALD防治研究提供参考。Alcoholic liver disease(ALD)refers to the liver disease caused by excessive drinking.With the improvement of people’s living standards,excessive drinking has become an important public health problem in the world,which seriously affects human health.A large number of studies have confirmed that monomer and compound of Chinese medicinal have obvious advantages in the treatment of ALD.This study discussed the mechanism and research progress of monomer and compound of Chinese medicinal in treating ALD,hoping to provide a reference for further research on the prevention and treatment of ALD.
