摘 要:肾间质纤维化是临床上各种慢性肾脏疾病最终发展成终末期肾病的共同病理改变,为慢性肾功能衰竭的主要病理基础。研究表明,氧化应激反应是导致肾间质纤维化的重要因素之一。肾间质纤维化是一个多步骤、多因素的动态病理过程,其形成和发展涉及多种细胞因子和信号通路的异常表达调控。近年来,人们逐渐认识到中医药在复杂疾病中的治疗优势。大量研究证实,单味中药及中药复方可干预多条氧化应激相关信号通路以延缓肾间质纤维化的进展。因此,本文将以氧化应激相关信号通路为切入点,对中药治疗肾间质纤维化的研究进展作一综述,为肾间质纤维化的临床防治及新药研发提供参考。Renal interstitial fibrosis is a common pathological change of various chronic kidney diseases that eventually develop into end-stage renal disease in clinic,and is the main pathological basis of chronic renal failure.Studies have shown that oxidative stress is one of the important factors leading to renal interstitial fibrosis.Renal interstitial fibrosis is a multi-step and multi-factor dynamic pathological process,and its formation and development involve the abnormal expression and regulation of a variety of cytokines and signal pathways.In recent years,people have gradually realized the advantages of TCM in the treatment of complex diseases.A large number of studies have confirmed that single Chinese medicinal and TCM compound formula can interfere with multiple oxidative stress-related signal pathways to delay the progression of renal interstitial fibrosis.Therefore,this study took the oxidative stress-related signal pathways as an entry point to review the research progress of TCM in the treatment of renal interstitial fibrosis,in order to provide references for the clinical prevention and treatment of renal interstitial fibrosis and the development of new drugs for the disease.
