摘  要:为了解滇西北玉龙雪山地区纳西族食用真菌资源的物种多样性、资源利用特征,采用民族植物学研究方法对玉龙雪山地区纳西族主要野生食用真菌资源进行调查研究。结果显示,纳西族传统野生食用真菌有110种,隶属2门3纲9目30科41属,其中以红菇科和牛肝菌科为优势科,分别有25种和16种,占总数的22.73%和14.55%;统计的大型真菌共有六种生态类型,以外生菌根菌为主,共75种,占68.18%;传统食用方式以炒食、煮食为主,多达60种,占54.54%;7-9月是出菇旺季,季节性强,出菇周期长。研究表明玉龙雪山纳西族食用真菌资源丰富,极具开发潜力。The main wild edible fungi resources of Naxi ethnic group in the Yulong Snow Mountain region were investigated by using the method of ethnobotany to understand the species diversity and resource utilization characteristics of edible fungi resources of the Naxi people.The results showed that there were 110 species of traditional wild edible fungi belonging to 2 Phyla,3 Classes,9 Orders,30 Families,41 Genera,among which Russulaceae and Boletus were the dominant families,with 25 species and 16 species,respectively,accounting for 22.73%and 14.55%of the total;According to the statistics,there were six ecological types of Macrofungi,and ectomycorrhizal fungi were the main ones,with 75 species(68.18%)in total.The traditional eating methods were mainly fried or boiled,up to 60 kinds(54.54%).July to September was the peak season for mushrooming,murhroom had strong seasonality and long fruiting cycle.The edible fungi resources of Naxi people in the Yulong Snow Mountain were abundant with great development potential.
