摘 要:为解决含铋(Bi)奥氏体不锈钢棒材在三辊行星轧制中的芯部开裂问题,本文采用Brozzo延性断裂准则和有限元模拟方法,确定了三辊行星轧制含Bi不锈钢棒材的断裂阈值,采用5因素、4水平正交实验对材料延性断裂行为的影响因素进行极差分析,获得了一组最佳轧制工艺参数,即:加热温度1200℃、摩擦系数0.4、轧辊轴线与轧件轴线偏转角度6°、轧辊与轧件倾斜角54°、轧辊转速60 r/min,利用优化参数进行现场轧制,结果显示,所得含Bi奥氏体不锈钢轧件芯部无明显裂纹。In order to solve the core cracking problem of Bi-containing austenitic stainless steel bar during three-roll planetary rolling process,Brozzo ductile fracture criterion and finite element simulation method were adopted to determine the fracture threshold of Bi-containing stainless steel bar during three-roll planetary rolling.An orthogonal experiment considering five factors and four levels was designed to analyze the influencing factors of the ductile fracture behavior of the material,and a set of optimal rolling process parameters was obtained,namely,rolling temperature at 1200℃,friction coefficient at 0.4,deflection angle between roll axis and workpiece axis at 6°,inclination angle between roll and workpiece at 54°and roll speed at 60 r/min.The obtained parameters were employed for an on-site rolling experiment.The results show that there’s no obvious crack in the core of the obtained rolling workpiece.
