摘  要:黄河某水电站坝左厂房坝段自混凝土浇筑以来,多条混凝土永久缝存在渗水、漏水现象,造成厂房机组运行层、电缆夹层、技术供水层等多处作业面积水较多,严重影响水电站的运行。采用水溶性聚氨酯灌浆材料,对永久缝进行骑缝造孔、化学灌浆处理,施工后检修、渗漏排水泵启动次数和运行时间有效缩短,表明化灌设计方案选择合理,现场施工处理措施得当。Ever since the concrete pouring of the left workshop dam of some hydropower station along the Yellow River,many permanent concrete joints faced water seepage or leaking which caused water ponding at the generator operation floor,cable interlayer and technical water supply floor etc.,and seriously affected the normal operation of the power plant.Straddling holes are made on the joint and water-soluble polyurethane grouting material is adopted for the chemical grouting treatment.After the treatment,the frequency of maintenance,start-up times and running time of the leaking water discharge pump are effectively reduced,which shows the chosen chemical grouting plan is reasonable and the on-site treatment measures are properly carried out.
