摘  要:目的评价Verhoeff铁苏木精染色法、Weigert间苯二酚复红染色法和改良Gomori醛复红染色法等3种不同染色方法对肺组织弹力纤维的染色效果。方法收集送检的住院手术患者的肺石蜡包埋组织30例,分别采用Verhoeff铁苏木精法、Weigert间苯二酚复红法和改良Gomori醛复红法进行染色,并比较3种染色方法对肺组织弹力纤维的染色效果。结果Verhoeff铁苏木精法中的弹力纤维呈黑色,Weigert间苯二酚复红法中的弹力纤维呈棕色,改良Gomori醛复红法中的弹力纤维呈深紫色。改良Gomori醛复红法的染色积分与其他两种方法比较差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良Gomori醛复红染色法对肺组织中弹力纤维染色,具有操作简单、定位准确、背景清晰、对比更明显等特点。Objective To evaluate the dyeing effects of Verhoeff staining with hematoxylin,Weigert resorcinol complex red staining,and improved Gomori aldehyde complex red staining on elastic fibers in the lung tissue.Methods The paraffin-embedded lung tissues of 30 hospitalized surgical patients were collected for laboratory examination.Three different dyeing methods,namely Verhoeff method,Weigert resorcinol restaining method,and modified Gomori aldehyde restaining method,were used for dyeing,and the dyeing effects of the three methods on elastic fibers in lung tissue were compared.Results The elastic fibers in the Verhoeff method were black,the elastic fibers in the Weigert resorcinol method were brown,and the elastic fibers in the improved Gomori aldehyde method were dark purple.The pair difference between the improved Gomori aldehyde method and the other two methods was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The modified Gomori aldehyde red staining method on elastic fibers of the lung tissue is a simple operation having accurate positioning,clear background and more obvious contrast.
