摘 要:目前针对附壁喷嘴的研究主要是常压、低雷诺数条件下的试验或二维数值模拟,研究不够系统,也未涉及高围压下附壁喷嘴的研究。为此,采用数值模拟与试验的方法,研究了某一型号附壁脉冲射流喷嘴的非定常流场特性和冲击性能,通过数值模拟和试验均得到了雷诺数与频率的线性关系式,二者所得结果的最大相对误差为8.34%,验证了数值模拟方法的可靠性。喷嘴内部的附壁摆动特性产生了喷嘴射流中心点的脉冲效果,脉冲周期为喷嘴附壁频率的2倍。附壁喷嘴在围压30 MPa、靶距70 mm、入口流速15 m/s时,冲击面中心点处的等效压力脉动幅值约为1.2 MPa,脉动冲击效果良好。附壁喷嘴射流的最大与最小冲击压力都随着入口流量的增加而增大,随着冲击靶距的增大而减小。研究结果可为脉冲射流的发展和应用提供一定的指导。The researches on the nozzle with Coanda effect are mainly focused on the experiment or two-dimensional numerical simulation under normal pressure and low Reynolds number conditions.The researches are not systematic enough,and not involved with the nozzle with Coanda effect under high confining pressure.For this reason,the method of numerical simulation and experiment is used to study the unsteady flow field characteristics and impact performance of a certain type of self-designed pulse jet nozzle with Coanda effect.Through numerical simulation and experiment,the linear relationship between Reynolds number and frequency is obtained.The maximum relative error of the two results is 8.34%,which verifies the reliability of the numerical simulation method.The swinging characteristics of the Coanda inside the nozzle produces a pulse effect at the center point of the nozzle jet,and the pulse period is twice the frequency of the Coanda.When the nozzle with Coanda effect is at a confining pressure of 30 MPa,a target distance of 70 mm,and an inlet flow rate of 15 m/s,the equivalent pressure pulsation amplitude at the center of the impact surface is about 1.2 MPa,and the pulsation impact effect is good.The maximum and minimum impact pressure of the nozzle with Coanda effect jet increases with the inlet flow rate,and decreases with the impact target distance.The study results can provide certain guidance for the development and application of pulse jet.
