测试管柱伸出长度对清井携液效率的影响分析

摘  要:裸眼测试时,最优测试管柱伸出长度难以确定,伸出长度不当会导致清喷携液耗时过长,井底积液等问题。为此,采用CFD软件中的多相流模型和VOF模型建立了裸眼清喷仿真模型,分析了不同测试管柱伸出长度对携液效率的影响,给出不同排气量下的气液组分云图,讨论了测试管柱伸出长度和排气量的变化对携液效率的影响。分析结果表明:在低排气量下,随着测试管柱伸出长度的增加,清喷携液效率越高,井底积液越少;随着排气量的增加,当排气量超过临界携液排气量,由于湍流作用的影响,测试管柱的加速作用并不稳定,测试管柱内存在低于裸眼井段内速度的流体质点,并且裸眼井段与测试管柱间隙之间速度极小,速度大多为0,测试管柱伸出量对清喷携液效率的影响会越来越小。所得结果可为高温高压井裸眼测试提供理论指导。In the open-hole testing,the optimal testing string extension length is difficult to determine.Improper testing string extension length will cause problems such as long deliquification time and fluid accumulation in the bottom hole.For this reason,an openhole cleaning simulation model is established using the multiphase flow model and VOF model in CFD software.The influence of different testing string extension lengths on the liquid carrying efficiency is analyzed.The gas-liquid distributions under different gas displacement volumes are given.The influence of the extension length of the testing string and the gas displacement on the liquid carrying efficiency is discussed.The analysis results show that at low gas displacement,as the extension length of the testing string increases,the efficiency of liquid carrying is higher,and the bottom hole fluid accumulation is less.When the gas displacement exceeds the critical liquid-carrying gas displacement,due to the influence of turbulence,the acceleration of the testing string is not stable.There are fluid particles in the testing string whose velocity is lower than that in the open hole section.The velocity of the the fluid particles in the gap between the open hole section and the testing string is extremely small,and is mostly 0.The extension of the testing string will have less and less influence on the efficiency of liquid carrying.The study can provide theoretical guidance for open hole testing of high temperature and high pressure wells.
