摘 要:为实现煤层气与煤系地层天然气的综合开发,针对不同储层压力系数及物性差异大的问题,形成了集束连续管两气分层共采技术。该技术利用单根多通道集束管柱作业,达到多储层天然气共采的目的。设计并研制的分流连接器由集束管分流部件及复合式连接部件组合而成,结构紧凑,可以实现内外管悬挂固定和密封分流的功能。室内试验及现场应用结果表明,集束连续管分流连接器相比传统连接器具备优良的管柱连接能力以及高压密封性能,能够实现井口集束管通道分离,在保证安全性、可行性的同时,提高了作业效率,降低了作业成本,符合现场施工要求,完善了煤系气两气共采完井施工技术。该连接器的研制与应用对集束管合采工艺的完善以及安全性、可行性的验证具有重要的意义。In order to realize the comprehensive development of coalbed methane and natural gas in coal-bearing strata,the technology of bundle pipe layered co-mining for different gas reservoirs has been formed to solve the problem with the great difference in pressure coefficient and physical property of different reservoirs.This technology utilizes bundle of pipes operation to achieve the purpose of producing multi natural gas reservoir at the same time.The designed coiled tubing(CT)shunt connector is composed of the shunting parts and the composite connecting parts of the bundle of pipe.It has a compact structure and can realize the function of hanging and fixing the inner and outer pipes and sealing the shunt.The results of laboratory test and field application show that compared with the traditional connector,the bundle CT shunt connector has excellent string connection ability and high-pressure sealing performance,which can realize the channel separation of bundle pipe at the wellhead,ensure the safety and feasibility,improve the operation efficiency,reduce the operation cost,meet the requirements of field construction,and improve construction technology of gas co-production in coal-bearing strata.The development and application of the connector is of great significance to the improvement of the technology of bundle pipes combined production and the verification of safety and feasibility.
