山东省某两所医院乳腺癌术后患者病耻感水平与生命质量的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:了解乳腺癌术后患者病耻感现状,分析病耻感与其生命质量的相关性,为提高乳腺癌幸存者生命质量供提参考。方法:采用一般资料调查表、Link病耻感系列量表、生命质量量表(FACT-B)对青岛和潍坊两所三级甲等医院的207例乳腺癌术后患者进行调查。结果:乳腺癌术后患者Link病耻感量表总分为(117.10±22.21),不同年龄、手术方式和病程的患者病耻感水平有显著差异(P<0.05),病耻感得分与其生理状况、社会/家庭状况、情感状况、功能状况、附加状况以总体生命质量呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论:乳腺癌术后患者病耻感水平与其生命质量呈负相关,应提高对乳腺癌患者病耻感的关注度,采取措施降低病耻感水平,以改善患者术后生命质量。Objective:To understand the current status of stigma in patients after breast cancer surgery,analyze the correlation between stigma and quality of life,and provide reference for improving the quality of life of breast cancer survivor.Methods:A survey of 207 patients with breast cancer after operation in two hospitals in Qingdao and Weifang was conducted using the general information questionnaire,Link series scale and quality of life scale(FACT-B).Results:The score of Link Scale was(117.10±22.21).There were significant differences in the level of pubic feeling among patients of different ages,surgical methods and course of disease(P<0.05).The score of Link Scale of breast cancer patients was negatively correlated with physiologic condition,social family condition,emotional condition,functional condition,additional conditions and overall quality of life(P<0.01).Conclusion:There is a significant negative correlation between stigma and quality of life of breast cancer patients after operation to society.Attention should be paid to the stigma of breast cancer patients,and measures should be taken to reduce the level of stigma in order to improve their quality of life.
