摘　　要：法治在重大传染病疫情防控中具有重要价值。依法科学有序开展疫情防控工作需要精准掌握运用法治保障疫情防控的逻辑要义。只有通过坚持以人民健康为中心的法治理念、运用法治方法助力疫情防控治理工作、把握公共卫生应急管理状态下法治的特性、完善公共卫生应急管理法律机制等多种方式加强公共卫生法治保障,方可全方位提升疫情依法防控治理能力。The rule of law is significant to the prevention and control of major infectious diseases.To carry out epidemic prevention and control in a science-based,legitimate,and orderly manner requires precise grasp of the fundamental purpose of applying the rule of law to ensure epidemic prevention and control.In order to strength the rule of law in public health,and to comprehensively improve the ability of epidemic prevention and control,we need to adhere to the public health-centered legal concept,use the rule of law to help epidemic prevention and control,grasp the legal characteristics under public health emergency,improving the legal mechanism of public health emergency management.
