摘　　要：主持人语:《中国共产党第十九届中央委员会第五次全体会议公报》指出,“优先发展农业农村,全面推进乡村振兴,不断增强人民群众获得感、幸福感、安全感”,“城乡区域发展差距和居民生活水平差距显著缩小”。这是对我国农村全面建成小康社会后,进入第二个百年奋斗目标历程的具体壁画。在聚力新阶段、迈入新征程中,中共中央要求畅通社会工作者和志愿者等参与社会治理的途径①,这是新时代赋予的使命担当。According to the Communique of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,“China will give priority to the development of agricultural and rural areas,comprehensively promote the revitalization of rural areas,and constantly enhance people's sense of gain,happiness,and security.”Also,“the gap between urban and rural development and residents'living standards will be significantly reduced.”These statements are specific blueprint for the course of the second Centennial goal after building the rural areas of China into a well-off society in an all-round way.In the process of gathering forces into a new stage and entering a new journey,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China requires that the channels for social workers and volunteers to participate in social governance should be unblocked,which is the mission given by the new era.How can professional social work be embeded into rural social governance?After the Sixth Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,China has carried out in-depth explorations in different professional levels and practical fields,and has received important achievements,which have laid a solid foundation for promoting rural revitalization during the“14th Five-Year Plan”period.
