“足垒”与“手垒”在棒垒球教学中的运用

摘　　要：该文通过对棒球、垒球(快垒)、慢速垒球、软式棒垒球等各项运动的产生及特点分析,指出棒垒球运动是由投球与击球之间对抗向攻垒与守垒之间对抗的转换过程。结合高校棒垒教学实践活动的总结,指出棒垒球运动的休闲化发展过程是不断简化投球与击球之间对抗的过程。“足垒”与“手垒”是进一步简化投球与击球之间的对抗,是棒垒球教学中初级参与者的最佳体验方式,并以此阐述了“足垒”“手垒”的运动方式及教学过程。Based on the analysis of the generation and characteristics of baseball,softball(fast base),slow softball,soft softball and other sports,this paper pointed out that softball is a transition process from the confrontation between pitching and hitting to the confrontation between attacking and defending bases.Combined with the summary of the practice of baseball teaching in colleges and universities,it is pointed out that the transition of baseball and softball changing to leisure sports is a process of simplifying the confrontation between pitching and hitting.Playing foot-baseball and hand-baseball are the best way to experience the confrontation between pitching and batting for the elementary participants,and the movement mode and teaching process of"foot base"and"hand base"are expounded.
