健美操教学中开放式教学模式的实践探究

摘　　要：若在健美操教学中所用模式较为传统,仅注重培育学生技能与运动情况,就会与现代健美操教学标准不符,因此,在现代开展健美操教学时,需要全面创新教学模式。而开放式教学模式是有关部门根据现代教育需求提出的全新理念,更加注重于学生主导地位,并将技能、知识及人文等教育内容相互结合,因此,在健美操教学中实践开放式教学模式,对于现代健美操教学而言意义甚大。现代教育十分注重教学模式灵活性与实用性,而开放式教学能够彻底突破传统教学的束缚与约束,为现代学生提供更加舒心的教学环境,从而让学生可以在教学中主动探索。在健美操教学中应用这种模式,不仅非常符合现代教学标准,还更加适合健美操教学目标。基于此,该文在表明健美操教学中开放式教学模式实践原则后探究实践策略,最后提出健美操教学中开放式教学模式实践案例,仅供参考。If the mode used in aerobics teaching is more traditional and only pays attention to the cultivation of students'skills and sports,it will be inconsistent with the modern aerobics teaching standard.Therefore,in the modern aerobics teaching,we need to innovate the teaching mode comprehensively.The open teaching mode is a new concept put forward by the relevant departments according to the needs of modern education.It pays more attention to the dominant position of students and combines skills,knowledge and humanities.Therefore,the practice of open teaching mode in aerobics teaching is of great significance for modern aerobics teaching.Modern education attaches great importance to the flexibility and practicality of teaching model,while open teaching can break through the traditional teaching restraints and provide modern students with a more comfortable teaching environment,so that students can take the initiative to explore in teaching.The application of this model in aerobics teaching is not only in line with modern teaching standards,but also more suitable for aerobics teaching objectives.Based on this,this paper explores the practice strategy after showing the practice principle of open teaching mode in aerobics teaching,and finally puts forward the practice case of open teaching mode in aerobics teaching for reference only.
