摘　　要：上海自贸试验区临港新片区建设要找准自身特色和禀赋优势,把营造良好的制度环境和创新生态放在突出位置,有序推进特殊经济功能区建设。要大力发展转口贸易、离岸贸易与国际航运业,推动国际中转集拼等取得新突破。要发挥自身投资贸易自由化程度高、网络信息流动便捷等优势,立足新型服务贸易、数字经济等前沿趋势,积极培育高端服务、数字贸易等产业,重点发展保税服务、高端制造衍生服务、离岸数据服务、数字内容等产业。The construction of the new area of the Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone should pinpoint its own characteristics and endowment advantages,put the creation of a good institutional environment and innovation ecology in a prominent position,and orderly promote the construction of special economic function zones.It is necessary to vigorously develop entrepot trade,offshore trade and international shipping,and promote new breakthroughs in international transit and consolidation.It is necessary to take advantage of its high degree of investment and trade liberalization,convenient network information flow,etc.Based on cutting-edge trends such as new service trade and digital economy,actively cultivate high-end services,digital trade and other industries,and focus on the development of bonded services,high-end manufacturing derivative services,and offshore data services,digital content and other industries.
