摘　　要：目的检测国内7个厂家外用联苯苄唑制剂对家兔皮肤刺激性。方法采用家兔多次皮肤刺激性试验,取7个厂家外用联苯苄唑制剂0.5 g分别涂抹于家兔完整皮肤和破损皮肤,持续7天,停药后观察3天,评价皮肤刺激性。结果7个厂家中有3个出现轻度皮肤刺激性,但停药后3天内均恢复正常。结论本次抽验的外用联苯苄唑制剂未见明显家兔皮肤刺激性。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of external preparations of bifonazole from 7 national manufacturers on the skin irritation of rabbits.METHODS Multiple skin irritation tests was operated on rabbits.0.5 g bifonazolepreparations were applied to intact skin and damaged skin of rabbits.The drug was ad ministered once a day for 7 days and observed for 3 days after stopping the drug.RESULTS Bifonazole preparations from three manufacturers developed mild skin irritation and returned to normal within 3 days after discontinuation of the drug.CONCLUSION The topical bifonazole preparations produced by 7 manufacturers in this sampling were no obvious skin irritations in rabbits.
