探讨同批家兔连续实验后对检测结果的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨符合规定的家兔,连续多次实验后对检测结果的影响。方法按照《中国药典》2015年版四部中的热原检查法,分析同一批家兔连续10次检测后的温度变化情况。结果统计数据显示,先缓慢升温,随后开始快速达到高峰,再呈现降温到升温的双峰性曲线;以每次3只家兔升温均值进行统计(第一次作为对照),第七、八、九次出现显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论随着实验次数的增加,家兔的温度变化并不明显,可能对同一过敏原的供试品灵敏度下降。OBJECTIVE Explore conform to the stipulations of the“Chinese pharmacopoeia”2015 version of rabbit,Its effect on test results after repeated experiments.METHODS According to the pyrogen test method in the fourth part of the 2015 edition of Chinese pharmacopoeia,the temperature changes of the same rabbits after 10 consecutive tests was analyzed.RESULTS Statistics showed that the temperature slowly rose and then began to peak rapidly,then there was a bimodal curve from cooling to heating,the mean temperature rise of 3 rabbits was calculated each time(as the control for the first time).The seventh,eighth and ninth times of experiment showed significant difference(P<0.01).CONCLUSION With the increase of the number of experiments,the temperature change of rabbits was not significant,and the sensitivity of the samples to the same allergen might decrease.
