摘　　要：目的为临床机体钾离子异常时提供检测、诊断及相关参考解决方案,同时对含有钾离子的药物在临床的应用提供一定的参考意见。方法通过参照相关文献对钾离子异常时的临床表现及症状、临床药物治疗方案等进行梳理归纳;另搜集整理归纳相关药品说明书及文献资料,对含有钾离子的常见药物汇总分类,计算分析其中的钾离子的含量。结果钾离子浓度异常时,机体表现、相应症状及药物治疗亦各有不同;另对10种药物的统计分析,发现每种相关药物中钾的含量有差异,有部分药物本身不含有钾离子,但是其影响体内钾离子的水平。结论钾离子浓度的正常对机体举足轻重,钾离子的失衡严重影响着生命健康,相关药物在使用时应给予充分的关注,以防钾离子失衡的出现,据此为相关药物的合理使用保驾护航。OBJECTIVE Providing a solution for the detection,diagnosis and related reference of abnormal potassium ions in clinical body,and providing some Suggestions for the clinical application of drugs containing potassium ions.METHODS By referring to relevant literatures,the clinical manifestations and symptoms of abnormal potassium ions and clinical drug treatment programs were summarized.In addition,related drug specifications and literature materials were collected and summarized,common drugs containing potassium ions were summarized and classified,and the content of potassium ions was calculated and analyzed.RESULTS When potassium concentration was abnormal,the body performance,symptoms and drug therapy were different.Another statistical analysis of 10 drugs found that the content of potassium in each related drug was different.Some drugs did not contain potassium ions,but they affected the level of potassium ions in the body.CONCLUSION The normal concentration of potassium ions is of great importance to the body,and the imbalance of potassium ions seriously affects life and health.Therefore,adequate attention should be paid to the use of related drugs to prevent the occurrence of potassium ion imbalance,so as to escort the rational use of related drugs.
