无创呼吸机治疗急性心功能衰竭的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨无创呼吸机在急性心功能衰竭治疗中的临床效果。方法选取山东省曹县人民医院2018年3月至2019年12月收治的88例急性左心衰竭患者作为研究对象,按照随机法分为对照组(44例)与观察组(44例)。对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上应用无创呼吸机治疗。比较两组患者的治疗有效率、心率、呼吸频率、动脉血氧分压、血氧饱和度等指标。结果治疗后,两组患者的各项临床指标均有所改善,但观察组患者的治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组患者的动脉血氧分压及血氧饱和度显著上升,呼吸频率及心率显著下降,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将无创呼吸机应用于ICU急性心力衰竭合并呼吸衰竭患者的治疗中,可显著改善患者的缺氧状态及呼吸衰竭和心力衰竭状况,使患者的存活率明显提高,降低死亡率和插管率,有效提高了抢救的成功率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of acute heart failure.Methods A total of 88 patients with acute left heart failure admitted to Cao County People's Hospital in Shandong Province from March 2018 to December 2019 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 44 patients in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group received non-invasive ventilator treatment on the basis of routine treatment.The effective rate of treatment,heart rate,respiratory rate,partial arterial oxygen pressure,oxygen saturation and other indicators were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,all clinical indicators of patients in the two groups were improved,but the effective rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the partial PaO2 and oxygen saturation of patients in the observation group were significantly increased,and the respiration rate and heart rate were significantly decreased,with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of non-invasive ventilator in the treatment of ICU patients with acute heart failure complicated with respiratory failure can significantly improve the state of hypoxia,respiratory failure and heart failure,significantly improve the survival rate of patients,reduce the mortality rate and intubation rate,effectively improve the success rate of rescue,and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
