摘　　要：目的本文主要对复方黄连消疮灵治疗复发性口腔溃疡的效果进行随访,为临床治疗复发性口腔溃疡提供理论依据。方法选取无锡市惠山区人民医院2018年1月至2019年6月收治的150例复发性口腔溃疡患者作为本次研究的研究对象,根据复方黄连消疮灵的使用剂量不同进行分组,对所有患者进行跟踪随访,观察所有患者的溃疡数目、持续时间,以及其对溃疡愈合时间与间歇时间的影响,随访观察复发性口腔溃疡患者的治疗效果。结果高剂量组溃疡持续时间及溃疡个数显著低于中剂量和低剂量组,中剂量组的溃疡持续时间及溃疡个数显著低于低剂量组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);高剂量组间歇时间以及治疗后溃疡个数均显著优于中剂量组和低剂量组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方黄连消疮灵治疗复发性口腔溃疡的效果显著,能够使得患者的溃疡数量显著减少,对溃疡修复时间的减少效果显著,且能够改变患者的外周血因子水平,改变患者细胞亚群的构成,在临床治疗复发性口腔溃疡中值得进一步推广应用。Objective This article mainly to follow up the effect of compound Huanglian xiaochuanling in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer,so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment of recurrent oral ulcer.Methods A total of 150 patients with recurrent oral ulcer who were treated in Huishan District People's Hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the different dosage of compound Huanglian xiaochuanling,all patients were followed up to observe the number and duration of ulcer,as well as its influence on ulcer healing time and intermittent time,the therapeutic effect of recurrent oral ulcer was observed.Results High dose group and ulcer number were significantly lower than middle dose and low dose group,middle dose group and ulcer number were significantly lower than low dose group(P<0.05).The interval time and the number of ulcers in high dose group were significantly better than that in middle dose group and low dose group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Huanglian xiaochuanling has a significant effect in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer,which can significantly reduce the number of ulcers in patients,significantly reduce the time of ulcer repair,and can change the level of peripheral blood factors and the composition of cell subsets of patients.It is worthy of further promotion and application in the clinical treatment of recurrent oral ulcer.
