摘　　要：目的观察羚羊角胶囊联合小剂量丙戊酸钠治疗小儿复杂性热性惊厥的临床疗效。方法选取2018年5月至12月广西医科大学附属第二医院住院收治或门诊就诊的小儿复杂性热性惊厥的患儿86例,随访期间6例失访,4例患儿确诊为癫痫,共76例。入选患儿采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组36例,治疗组40例。两组患儿均给予一般治疗,对照组给予小剂量丙戊酸钠;试验组在给予小剂量丙戊酸钠治疗的基础上,加入羚羊角胶囊治疗,比较两组患儿治疗后临床疗效及不良反应。结果两组患儿治疗后,试验组患儿的总有效率高于对照组患儿(P<0.05);试验组患儿抽搐再次发作人数及发作次数明显少于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。结论羚羊角胶囊联合小剂量丙戊酸钠治疗复杂性热性惊厥可显著改善临床症状,具有较好的疗效,安全性高,不良反应少,值得临床推广使用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Lingyangjiao capsule combined with low-dose sodium valproate in the treatment of complicated febrile convulsion in children.Methods From May to December 2018,86 cases of children with complicated febric convulsion were selected from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University.During the follow-up period,6 cases were lost to follow-up and 4 cases were diagnosed as epilepsy,a total of 76 cases.The selected children were divided into two groups by the random number table method,36 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the treatment group.Both groups were given general treatment,while the control group was given low dose sodium valproate.On the basis of low-dose sodium valproate treatment,the experimental group was treated with Lingyangjiao capsule,and the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The number and duration of seizures in the experimental group were significantly reduced compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lingyangjiao capsule combined with low-dose sodium valproate in the treatment of complex febrile convulsion can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,with good efficacy,high safety and few adverse reactions,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
